Was disappointed with The Foxes yesterday,Wabo: should have scored many more!
Off for an hour outside an alehouse this evening! A novelty!

Talking of park run though it throws me how we can have almost 200 4-10 year olds + grown ups in a park, yet for coaching adults, we're limited to 12. If anyone can make sense of that, I'd dearly love to know!
What - easy run
Why - last night wasn't easy
Last rest - 10/10
last hard - yesterday: Needed to coach the senior group (short on coaches available).
3 x 1800m with 400 recoveries. Not quite full 10k pace but still a decent run out after I was expecting 2 easy miles with the kids....
