Morning!

Lyrics: Rising up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances

Yesterday's were The Boxer, Simon and Garfunkel.
Today's are also sport related!

Sorry to hear about your son, Wabo. Hope that he soon improves. And I will be shouting for the Gooners tonight!

What: something after work, by which time it is forecast to be wet! Plus stretches.

Why: consistent consistency
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning

Shame you can't run then work Ale.  I got drenched yesterday evening on the group run to the extent that you can wring the water out of your underwear afterwards.   4 very drowned rats at the end.

Hope things get better for your son soon Wabo - sounds nasty.

How did the session go Dustin?

Enjoy the footie for those interested.

What: speedwork if I can motivate myself to it
Why: best day for fitting it in
    Last rest: 30.03.2020

Lyrics: back to a firm no today

    Yep, got the lyrics today.
Frustrating work day, asked to do a clinic then got in to find they had no free rooms! Tried to make myself useful but gave up and came home at lunchtime.
Ah well am baking a carrot cake and then going to have a walk but if this becomes a regular thing I will not continue!
Both youngest daughter and myself have had impetigo (not at same time), hers was much worse as she has moderately bad eczema but a full recovery made. Hope your son is improving Wabo!

Sorry, been AWOL again. Like Emz I seem to be saying that a lot as well.

Very saddened to read RFJ's news  :'(

Quite annoying and poorly organised, Els. Yum, carrot cake.

Hope your son is improving, wabo.

    Enjoy your speedwork, Hazel.

It was my birthday yesterday and hubby treated me to an away day in a place where restaurants and shops were open (Flensburg - way up north and quite pretty). So we had a wonderful day with some dining (outside, but there were awnings and patio heaters), chocolate tasting and buying lovely crafty bits and bobs here and there. It was a great feeling to taste a bit of normality.

Back to the grind today and paying for the time off I had with a ton of work, especially in light of tomorrow's bank holiday. Deffo going for a walk when I get home :)

Hope I feel a bit better tomorrow
