Morning!
Lyrics: One fine day, I'm gonna be the one
To make you understand
Another sport related number which I imagine we have had before and I imagine we have all sung, and done!
What: easy run and hopefully stretches
Why: trying to do what the lyrics say. Work first.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Alehouse enjoy
Last hard yesterday walk
Today's lyrics are lines two and three.
And I wonder why you chose yesterday's lyrics...! Hope that you are feeling better. A shame that you can't keep on running. Looking forward to your next streak!
Sorry, Wabo, I was teasing: yesterday's lyrics were indeed Leicester's "anthem".
Enjoy the group run, Hazel.
What: ran a couple of Kms both before and after work.
Why: loosen the legs
Fingers crossed your GP rings and has an idea as to what the next steps may be, Ale.
Hazel: Mine are probably a different generation You marry and you stick together. Enjoy the group run.
Hope the ATBs work, wabo.
Another fast(ish) 10k walk this morning. It's still freezing here. About 16 degrees now but this morning was single digits again. I just want to be out in shorts and a t-shirt, please
And no word from the GP yet.
What: just under 5 km this morning
Why: missed running club last night for emergency appointment for Lucas' infected eczema.
Last hard: everything at the mo, juggling everything is tricky

Oh no Wabo, you're poorly? What's up?
Ale any news yet from the doc?
Don't think I said, but I had my jab Saturday, thought of you when I went Ale Was very brave, though did ask to lie down! Got a blood test Thursday too...
Have a great evening all
