Morning!
Lyrics: Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
Yesterday's were Abba with Waterloo. The only connection with Eurovision today is that this act can't stand Eurovision.
What: longer run with M76
Why: Monday
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Lyrics are familiar and the act must be very wise! I wouldn't have watched it Saturday lol
What a little plod at some point
OH - lovely photos
Hazel - how did the 19k at MP go? Skipping speedwork? Tsk!
Wabo - hope you get the plod done
Ale - have a good run today.
What - 5.6 miles run commute (Waterloo-Wharf)
why - in London, it's a stunning morning!
last rest - 10/10
last hard - yesterday
Hamstring a little grumbly, will keep an eye on that. Plenty of stretching today.
Also it's the wedding anniversary today: 24 years. How she hasn't killed me I'll never know...
Somehow both daughters are coming out with us tonight for dinner. How did that happen?
Have a lovely evening
Enjoy the bank holiday, Hazel, and the evening, Dustin!
Hope that you managed a short run, Wabo!
What: 8.4k with M76, mostly off road, all at talking pace. Marginally quicker than last week for the same course. And the course was marginally muddier. Grey here and rain forecast for later this morning.
Why: Monday. Both dressed in Ronhill kit. I wore the t-shirt that I wore the day that Ron celebrated his 50 years of RunEveryDay: see photo below which is actually from BBC footage from yesterday. And Dr Hill was the main topic of conversation on our run.
did a mile then coughed for half hour. I am ok now though!
Oh and els looked like you had a lovely time
Wabo, don't, I don't know how people can say it was the best for years.... Maybe they mean for 2 years seeing it wasn't on last year...
What: sitting on sofa
Last hard: standing all day at Evesham market yesterday, weather was awful and sales reflected that
Hazel well done on the mp
Dustin happy anniversary
Have a lovely day all.
Sore today. Hoping I'll get home to appointment for MRI.
Lyrics sound familiar but no.
