  If there is one thing that the wfh and covid lockdowns have taught me is the sheer amount of time I've wasted commuting & working! Back in that there London today, so getting back in the old routine. 
  Waterloo & City line also open after being shut for 14 months..
  what - a short run at some point, possibly back to the station later
  why - timings

  last hard - yesterday's sweat on . more for the humidity than the pace
