What: a run of some sort

Why: depends on both the weather and my legs!

Edit: was having a day out at the cricket test tomorrow...off due to Covid.

    Shame about the cricket Ale - team in quarantine?

    Ouch to another fall Wabo!  Hope the elbow is improving and you had a good journey to Cornwall.  Enjoy your time with your mum.

    Hope the ongoing travelling is proceeeding well OH and Els.

    Good 1200s Dustin.  Better to do one rep short and get those done than die on the last one.

    Muggy isn't nice, agree with Chicksta as well.

    Sounds like a bit of a tussle with Lucas there emzap.  How old is he now - not far of 2 I think?  Or is it 3 already?

    What: some GA miles
    Why: speed yesterday, race on Sunday so nothing too heavy
    Last hard: speed yesterday but it always is and is supposed to be.  Decent enough set done (don't take splits, just looking at the GPS trace).

    Ale - disappointing with the cricket , would have been a good test.
    Chick - Think I'm over covid, or at least I'll not use it as an excuse any more....
    Hazel - take it easy ahead of the w/end

    What - easy miles
    Why - finding time. Train cancelled this morning so could have done half hour then rather than stand on a platform, and charity day at work (for 9/11) so will be eating and drinking much of the afternoon.
