I have a tendency to go over on my right ankle, which is weak after a very old football injury. I'm doing more off-road/ultra stuff these days, but I'm always scared of going over on it (and it's super painful when I do).
So, two questions:
1. I have an Aircast A60 ankle brace, but it painfully digs into the side of my calf on longer runs. Any other recommendations?
2. Can I do things to strengthen the ankle, and make me less likely to go over on it?
