Friday 1st October 2021 xxxx's mother says xxxx's busy

Morning!

Lyrics: xxxx's mother says xxxx's busy
Too busy to come to the phone

Yesterday's were Carrie Anne, The Hollies

What: short run, shorter stretches

Why: longer run tomorrow, longer stretch yesterday

May well be rain and puddle avoidance!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Comments

  • Suspect my lyrics were first! Don't know OH's!

  • Morning again!

What: 20 minutes recovery run d&d, now for the stretches

Why: get the first part done before the rain...which I did. Now a heavy drizzle.

Hope meeting mum goes to plan, Wabo! And enjoy Pegwell!

Foto finish for the lyrics today?

Would have asked if you have any old shoes to enjoy the puddles in Ale.  Good you managed to avoid the rain.

Hope your mum travels well Wabo and enjoy your pr tomorrow.

My OH had accupuncture for a chronic elbow problem which seemed to help a bit OH.

Have a good Friday (not long to the weekend now).

    What: around 10 miles?
    Why: plan
    Last hard: yesterday's speedwork
    Last rest: 30.03.20

Lyrics: no (and not OH's either)

    Hiya
Well aborted last nights 3 + strides , was running late so ended up being about 3 miles coaching the kids, some fast some slow. Like Tuesday it was another dreadful night weather wise. Absolutely soaked again.
Today - ended up being a bit longer but Cutty Sark, Greenwich, Blackheath, Maze Hill
Why - avoiding the crowds  :D
    Last rest - 14/08
    last hard - Tuesday
lyric - not so sure today

  • Afternoon.
    Lyrics..no.
Just left Bristol..2 days travel to get home. 7m run around Ashton Park..wet this morning but now dry and reasonably warm.
    Good running folks.
