    Morning
Wabo - enjoy the land of the dragon!
What - easy lunchtime miles, coaching village rabble tonight
    Why - recovery
    last rest - 02/10
last hard - yesterday. Club session of 400m/300m/200m/100m with same distance steady (~ mara pace) after each. 3 blocks. Tough session but one of my favourites.
    lyric - doubtful!
  • Morning

Thanks for starting the thread OH.  Hope you can get your swim in.

Emz: I agree with Els regarding running a race with your friend that each runs their own race unless you agree to specifically pace her around to a goal time (or the other way around).  Make sure you don't get cold waiting at the finish if you are first in.

What do you have planned next Els that you need to do long runs?  Or do you just want to keep in the habit?

Hope work is kinder to you today Dustin.

Enjoy your hols Wabo and hope the sore throat is nothing.

Have a good few days at work Ale, hope you have time for a bit of running as well.

What: some sort of speedwork - have 5x600 on the plan
Why: but might be quite windy later so I will see what I make of that
    Last rest: 30.03.20

    Lyrics: no
  • Hazel...got glen Ogle ultra at beginning Nov if I can overcome travel logistics and also stay fit enough. Who knows!
    Ale..will send recipe on!
Supposed to be having a short run with visiting radiographer this evening but the way work day is going might not finish on time. We'll see.
    Lyrics not a clue...thanks Peter!

  • Afternoon!

Been at work with no internet, hence the lateness of saying that yesterday's lyrics were 10cc with I'm Mandy, Fly Me.

I do know today's because I looked them up few days ago when they were almost the lyrics!

    What: short run d&d

Why: legs are tired having been standing for most of the day. Tomorrow will probably be similar.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
