    Will see what I can still find. New theme otherwise: the elements? Earth, fire, water, air sort of thingies? Or those from the periodic table as well? Not sure how bountiful the theme might be though.

    Looking forward to a muddy(?) Xc tale from Dustin.

    What: group run this morning: 12k.
    Why: Trying to get some of the Tuesday group winter strikers out in daylight.
    Last hard:escaping the fog, it climbed up the hill with us.

    Group run sounds a good idea, Hazel.

    What: gentle 33 minutes

    Why: about time I did. HR still slightly high for the effort.

    I think there were a few daily threaders at parkrun today! And I, also, look forward to a muddy report from Dustin.

    No parkrun for me. I have a niggly hamstring and fast running on it may not be very clever. Hope the other parkrunners had fun.

    Good idea to do a group run in daylight, Hazel.

    So, just a very easy run with my backpack to pick up some groceries. And now I'm stretching that iffy hamstring.

    Hazel...group run here too after parkrun scanning....sadly lacking in the pace department but 9m covered.

    Ale - decent run after being poorly
    Els, Hazel - sounds like the group runs were fun
    what - XC league race 1 - To be honest , not really XC conditions: warm , mild, ground rock hard and 4 x 2.4k loops of park/field/woods. Ran pretty solidly, if not spectacularly, 6 miles in 43.10.
    Happy enough with that.
