last hard - the weekend. Backed up Saturdays xc with 16 miles of LSR yesterday, mostly road but put a bit of trail in to give the legs some respite.
Looked back through Saturday's results: stacked field with anything slower than 6 min/miling not getting you a place in the top 100. Not bad for a county league match!
I was ~2 minutes down on what I'd expect to run, but it's a benchmark.
