A mile and 30 squats, 10 press ups and 50 sec plank done. Also a walk to town park and back, around 5km there and back.
Did the mile in 9 min 15 sec as hubby was in a meeting and Lucas napping so needed to get back before he woke up! Was surprised I can run that fast! Going to try parkrun tomorrow.
