Morning all, day off today. Going to see Peppa pig with the girls 😂

Got an ache in my back though all that's all up for change (not peppa pig)

    Dreich day...damp 7 miles before yoga...bit slow but yoga wasn't too difficult!
    Listening to Nicola...more restrictions afoot but should still be able to meet up at Christmas so long as we avoid infection! Running club get together at weekend off though!

    Els: I guess we pay for people's stupidity with having to face more restrictions. Work xmas party was cancelled and I wouldn't be surprised if they went ahead and shut some of the markets down. Alcohol and distancing won't work. Too many idiots out there sadly.

    At least we got a lovely gift package from our firm with wine, choccies, fancy pasta and other goodies. Nice gesture. 

    Just 5k but I had to be in work early today.

    What: short run after work d&d in the dark

    Why: no time earlier. Last day at work tomorrow in the current job. Will see what January brings, if anything!
    Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Chick...nice gift package...we even got cafeteria Christmas food cancelled!
    However today's new rules won't stop us meeting up with some family so long as we avoid positive contacts/being infected...not a given!
    Ale ..well done..I wimped out of run in the dark last night. Seems I'm bad enough when I can see!
