Morning!
Lyrics: And if young Xxxxx says he's happy
He must be happy
He must be happy
He must be happy in his world
Yesterday's were Oliver's Army, Elvis Costello, who wants the record banned from being played.
What: something this pm I think
Why: physio first thing to work on my neck, then will watch some cricket
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Run with oh was so good last night, so nice when he runs with me
Last rest 8/1
Enjoy Friday all
Hazel - enjoy the LT intervals...
Bright and sunny day here, but a thick old frost...
What - short , easy and some 100 strides on grass
Why - race prep: Round 3 of the county XC league tomorrow - more a tempo run than racing. I never score these days.
last rest - 14/10
last hard - Tuesday
Lyric - yes, funnily enough I had these lined up to use, but had a busy start at work so didn't get round to posting!
Send some brightness this way please Dustin! Glad you know the lyrics!!! Enjoy the XC!
Enjoy your session, Hazel!
Physio was painful: she really pummelled my neck but I am sure that it will do some good! Same again next week and then consultant the week after. Glad that I have decided not to run until this pm! However the cricket watching plan is on hold: raining in Hobart!
No Park run tomorrow again, I am getting a train to see my mum and cant fit it in!
Sun came out just before I ran. Little warmth though and as it was so low in the sky it made running a bit of a hazard at times! The sun can't win!
What: just over 30 minutes plod
Why: found it a struggle today. There's always tomorrow.
Enjoy mum, Wabo!
Seeing mum sounds like a good plan, wabo.
Warm here too, Ale. Hope the neck feels better.
Hope Els and OH are ok.
And another 10k done. Still windy.
About to hop on my yoga mat now for day 13/30
Chick...it's a short but hard one. If anyone has a trick to learn to do crow pose please let me know!
Good running folks...had some rest days then 4m this afternoon after 10m walk on West coast with friend...who I had to jog to keep up with at times! Surprisingly still after a lot of wind but huge waves.
Peter us busy with his audiovisual work and short runs.
11m group run for me tomorrow though 2 folk have already dropped out!
