    Yes, lyrics used before, but no worries!

    Yesterday's were Jumpin' Jack Flash, The Rolling Stones.

    Still can't believe that result, Wabo. Very naive from The Foxes.

    :) to the football chat.  I'm not a fan personally but I like your enthusiasm.

    Uggh to 4am starts to run before work Chicksta.  I struggled to get up earlier this morning to feed the cats as OH is away and normally does it.

    Fingers crossed for warmer weather later Ale.  Maybe have a dig around in the garden to acclimatize?  It is fruit tree pruning season here at the moment - don't envy them doing that.

    Don't you love those last few minutes of the thresholdy bits Dustin. 

    Busy sporty day yesterday OH.  Good idea to let someone else get annoyed with your laptop. 

    Well done on keeping up with your OH Wabo.

    What: 8-9 miles later - local hilly loop so will keep it easy
    Why: shouldn't always drive to run
    Last hard: yesterday's intervals - did manage not to look at the watch during the reps at least.

    Yes to lyrics - love this song.

    Crazy weather here - super windy, sunny and all of the sudden a complete whiteout out of nowhere. Of course it's not staying. Now the sun is there again.

    Anyway, too windy to run outside so I went to the gym instead for an hour on the TM and to chuck some kettlebells about. 

    Sounds like you nailed those interviews, Hazel. 

    OH: Is there any treatment for your back problem, like injections? They helped me to get rid of mine twice (L5/S1 slippage in my case). 

    Glad you're happy with the footy outcome, wabo. I tried to be enthusiastic about it but I'm just not. Even the Worldcup bores me to death.
