Morning!

Lyrics: It's time to call it a day
They've burst your pretty balloon
And taken the moon away

Second line onwards, and inspired by the news headlines!

What: short run soon, fitness suite this evening

Why: work pm, and Tuesday routine. Ran long, for me, yesterday

Yesterday's lyrics were Monday, Monday, The Mamas and The Papas
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

You just beat me to it again Ale - just in the door from work.

Not sure about today's lyrics yet, I'll have a think again later.

Plan - sleep then hopefully easy run before work again tonight

Might be nice to have a run first before work today Ale.

    Have a nice sleep chamolk.

Congratulations on the anniversary Chicksta.  Have a nice trip.

    Nice reps Dustin.

Hope Els and OH are travelling well.

    What: group run this evening
    Why: Tuesday

    Morning again!

What: 27 minutes d&d, largely off road

Why: suits my timing today, although timed it badly in terms of getting caught in the rain. Legs weren't very happy: tired and hips are sore.

    Enjoy the group run, Hazel!

Hope you made it home ok Els

    Enjoy the group run Hazel

Pammie - I know what you mean, I sometimes struggle to get the energy for it, but usually when I do run it helps my energy levels for the next shift

Hope you've dried out by now Ale

30 mins easy this evening, now I've got a meeting this evening before starting work again at 11pm .

It's the boys' school sports day in the morning so I probably will be pretty tired by the time that's over
