    I'm just back from 12 miles as my last back to back weekend. Peaceful and quiet out there. And really fresh with 12 degrees when I started. We're expecting high 20s again today and 30+ tomorrow 🥵

    Afternoon!

    A good weekend's work, Chick! When is the race? 

    What: fitness suite for lethargic stretches, followed by lethargic hour's run

    Why: needs must/needed an hour to take me over 40k for the week. Started raining shortly after the start of my run. Soaked!

    Hope Els/OH are ok as not seen them for a few days. 
    And not seen Pammie for a good while either.

    Els managed to do Stromness 10k on Saturday (with some persuasion - she was reluctant to leave me)

    Last hard: the faster bits, had to hit the overheating panic button twice and cool down/slow down
