Morning!
Lyrics: Don't dig there
Dig it elsewhere
You're digging it round
And it ought to be square
Yesterday's were Right Said Fred, Bernard Cribbins who passed away this week. Today's are from the middle of the song.
Another long run banked, Chick! Well done!
Were you at last night's cricket, Chamolk? Looked a good game.
What: legs will decide
Why: they feel tired coming down the stairs this morning
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Lyrics yes, 2 days running!
My legs are trashed from trying to hurry back yesterday. Still we had a nice lunch in the end then took them to airfield for trip back. Hopefully a slow pootle with 2 of our Saturday group this morning, rest are away/got visitors, I hope it'll be slow anyhow! Raining today but it was v warm for Orkney yesterday - pushing 20C!
Decision in advance to just take it easy today (not that I was capable of anything else)
44m06 parkrun
Involved some walking past 2 bellowing bulls in a field, one subsequently escaped and admiring of new kittens!
Sun has broken through after early rain!
Chamolk - glad you made it over safely!
Ale - quality neighbourly duties, well done
OH - well done on getting the park run in after recent health issues!
Nice pics yesterday Els
Chick - 20 before work? quality!
What - Track, 4x600 at mile pace , 3 min recovery, 3 x 200m at be sick pace
Why - had enough of marathons & long runs
last rest -25/07
last hard - today
Me and another of our coaches are running Saturday track sessions (started last week) aimed at the club's 'dream mile' in Sep, and also sharpening 5k speed. 10 in teh group today with a mix of speeds.
My 4 600s were around 2.18/2.15/2.15/2.14 with the 3 x 200s all around 37s
Tired, but happy.
