Morning!

Lyrics: Don't dig there
Dig it elsewhere
You're digging it round
And it ought to be square

Yesterday's were Right Said Fred, Bernard Cribbins who passed away this week. Today's are from the middle of the song.

Another long run banked, Chick! Well done!

Were you at last night's cricket, Chamolk? Looked a good game.

What: legs will decide

Why: they feel tired coming down the stairs this morning

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

  • 20m before work Chick! Wow!
    Lyrics yes, 2 days running!
My legs are trashed from trying to hurry back yesterday. Still we had a nice lunch in the end then took them to airfield for trip back. Hopefully a slow pootle with 2 of our Saturday group this morning, rest are away/got visitors, I hope it'll be slow anyhow! Raining today but it was v warm for Orkney yesterday - pushing 20C!
  • Don't know today's lyrics (knew yesterday's)
Decision in advance to just take it easy today (not that I was capable of anything else)
    44m06 parkrun
  • Only just over 5m for me with some friends and a leisurely coffee after out east this time.
Involved some walking past 2 bellowing bulls in a field, one subsequently escaped and admiring of new kittens!
Sun has broken through after early rain!
  • The bulls were behind fences btw but still looked and sounded angry!
