Still nothing, and don't like the number of fleeces being received at present, has anybody from URWFRC actually got in?
Decided to seal the mailbox and then I will never have to worry if I get in or not as Ill never receive a fleece, hmmm but then I wont get an acceptance either.
Just seen castaway, just imagine if that happened now and I ended up on an island for four years and upon returning my wife had married someone else, had more kids, shown me my rusting car in the garage of her glorious new home and then announced that my FLM acceptance had arrive while I was away! Now how gutted would I be then?
I'm also still waiting. Glad there are other people, I was thinking my postman has got selective blindness and can't see our door. I guess if it were an acceptance it would have been here so now the wait is just to see if the fleece fits or not.
I'm still waiting as well, although reading some of the threads I'm getting a bit worried over the amount of fleeces that have turned up on Friday and Saturday.
At least the torment will be over tomorrow, then we can all phone FLM. I hope they've got plenty of people to answer the phones.
I have got a gold bond place with a charity. I applied and got a rejection and even with a place guaranteed I still felt down. I sympathise with all you who wont be running in April. I was very disappointed in the letter and magazine that reminded everyone A LOT that they hadn't got in. Even I felt like stopping training for about 10 minutes. Come on Adidas/Flora, let people down gently.
Canary - as I sit here wearing my tremendous value for money fleece (I know that's not what it's about), with a big sulk on my face - the number you rquire is 0207 902 0189. www.london-marathon.co.uk good luck
Tried dialing the FLM help line (0207 902 0189) and I get through to a recorded message saying all applications are closed. Has anyone managed to get through to the help line?
Just got through to the help line and I'm not in! Never mind, try my club entry and if that fails I'll enter another marathon instead. Well done & good luck to everyone else who got in.
The lady at FLM says there is a postal delay but should get the fleece this week - if not ring them back.
Oh well - got to make sure I can raise some cash (I'm just above good for age time - maybe should train harder - don't know what will take more work: sponsorshiop or knocking some minutes off my PB).
Good news I'm in ! I hadn't realised that good for age entrants wouldn't be hearing anything at this stage from the FLM. They've confirmed that I have my place and will be in touch in March next. Good luck to everyone else.....

I run for a charity whatever, but good to have the pressure taken off with the amount of sponsorship you have to get.
If not got anything tomorrow will phone because I need to let the charity know that I need a Gold Bond place or not.
cheers

In Devon weeks are only 7 days long, so the second week has arrived with no news!
Phone call to FLM in the morning if nothing in first post.....
Yes, they should have a list of runners on the web site as soon as they are known.
good luck
Sulk! Sulk! Boo hoo!!!!
Sob Sob.

Phoned this morning, got through first time & got the bad news.
Not too fussed about the fleece, but I need the rejection soon to enter my club draw - come on FLM, where is it?
