Can anyone who got one those "stick" (http://www.thestick.com) things at the LM Expo tell me if its works for ITBS problems? Or if they are generally worth using? and do they come with good destructions on how to use it? Many thanks.
I bought one and have found it brilliant. It is somewhat painful where you have a problem but gives a really good going over the tight spots. Used mine after the marathon and had no muscle aches after the first couple of days. For me worth every penny
I bought one at the expo, and found it also brilliant. i have a problem with my achilles from shoes, and using the stick loosens it up for walking. Also after marathon used it before I got out of bed and found I( could get down the stairs a little better. well worth the money.
Sean. My husband and I bought one at FLM expo and it is brilliant. He was on the verge of pulling out due to extreme muscular pain in shin. Bought 'stick' on Friday, used it all day Saturday and he felt 99% OK on Sunday. Ran FLM with very little pain. Myself - I suffer from ITBS and after race used it for whole week after. Gave much relief and virtually no pain. Also suffer from piriformis muscle problems and general aches and pains in my back - it is very good and several of our friends are in the process of ordering their own. Good luck to you.
I got mine from the PREVIOUS UK supplier - they were clearing their old stock and I got 2 for the price of 1. Can't remember the name - "Kool 'n' fit" maybe. Got from googling...
I have had a long lay off due to injury and illness and have only just got back running, so I am suffering the odd ache and pain. I wasn't aware of this product until I read this thread, so checked it out and could prove useful. Which one of the 'sticks' have people bought, the general black one or the yellow 'marathon' type. Feedback would be appreciated.

Does anyone know if they are any supliers in the UK or where they are available in the UK?
