  save your picture on your desktop or wherever
  double click on its icon
  microsoft photoeditor will open
  choose image resize
  tick allow distortion
  highlight the value in width and type in 100
  then do same for height but with 120 (pixels)...if you use the little increase/decrease buttons you can only change in 5 pixel increments
  save
  change picture at RW mypage and browse for picture ..upload etc
  
  go for lie down

  Not long - RW look at the picture tray usually 2 - 3 times a day save when they're getting a magazine out.
