I tend to use ISOSTAR, but you may have meant,what non 'energy drink' can I make. A mate reckons flat coke and water mixed up, but Vrap will have opinions on this!!! Haven't tried it myself.
Apparently a packet of Joosters eaten as you're running and washed down with water is a good source of energy - I may even have read that in Runner's World, and I intend to try it out one of these days.
Tried the Lukozade Sport that's going to be used at the FLM yesterday to get used to it. I reckon it's foul. It seems very strong and bites the back of my throat but I reckon I'm just going to have to persevere. there's no point training on one drink then finding I can't get along with the one used on the day.
