I have been running for about 4 months now, and run roughly 5 miles 4 to 5 times a week. Looking for somebody on a similar level in the Gloucester Road area (city end) to join me. I am 28 male.
Alex, Although this is the wrong time for me, easing up on the training before the Bristol half & Great North Run combined with a knee problem. I would be up for running at least a couple of times a week when I'm back to full fitness. Until recently I had been doing 2*5-6 miles runs and 1*9-10 mile plus weights & intervals at the gym.
