I was just wondering if anybody knew on average how much to train each week. I have only recently started running after nearly 2 years out and i am up to 20-30 miles per week and i am doing a x-country race(only 3.5 miles) at the end of the month just to see how i find it.
If anybody has any comments or advice to give me please do so.
