You probably have tried them already but i got my blisters sorted with compede plasters. You leave them on for as long as they stay(mine stayed on for a week). But I also had to change my trainers, they had done their time and the inner support had degraded therefore leading to blisters. Well thats what the guy in the sports shop said!
