    just to let you know, I wasn't able to get my name printed on my running gear at the expo so you'll have to look out for the number (11627).

    the folk at the stand couldn't guarantee they wouldn't melt my top I have ben training in for months (my lucky top!) so I decided to give it a miss.

    Oh, and I have a sniffy nose - fantastic!

    It'll all come good on the day with the sterling support of Team 4!
