I got a coach! Seriously, the difference is now I actually get easy sessions & I'm much more progressive with my build-up. The knee trouble was a product of a poorly constructed training regime, unfortunately the compartment syndrome I later developed was unavoidable. Had the op though & I am A-OK!

Haven't seen you posting for a very long time! What sort of times are you running and what distances.
Times etc as below mate:
5k: 16:10
10k 34:12
10 Mile: 56:43
1/2 Marathon: 73:42
Marathon: ???
