Quick question. Recently completed The Cooper Test (12 mins continuous running) as part of pre-season training for my winter sport. I completed 3000 metres and wanted to see if that was good/bad etc. I've tried searching the Web but cannot find any results to benchmark my performance against. Any ideas?
