HAs Scilab decided to run again next year yet? I give her another week!!! HA!
So i went out this morning to do 7 miles, i had to stop at 2 and a half, felt like cr@p, dizzy, sick etc. So walked for a while and decided to do some interval training instead, and that only lasted about 200mts before my legs got a wobble on...what is wrong with me??? xx

seriously i wouldnt be a teacher for love nor money you must have the patience of a saint, i think i would last about oooh 10-15 minutes before i would stick a fork in some mouthy little sh*ts face and drag him down the stairs for backchatting

i havent run since last sunday, thought i would give myself a week off for good behaviour
iam off to bulgaria on wed to watch my team and will basically be on the pop for 4 days
now do i
a, go out for a run mon and tue to ease me back in
or b, say balls to it and be a right lazy bugger and give myself a fortnight off and do nothing till a week tomorrow
(only kidding!!!)
Go out and just enjoy running again, the 'pop' will then taste much nicer too :0)
Thought I'd get in on the new action, despite saying 'thank f*** that's over, never ever again' as I crossed the line I'm now planning my training so I can beat my time from this year!
Those of you scanning the lost and found on ASI...am I missing something or is it lost and found for every event ever? Seem to be finding photos of all sorts of unrecognisable finish lines when I filter it down?!?
iam thinking of doing the "blackpool pier to pier 10 miler" and the accrington 10k both in october
anyone else thinking about doing these?
I think the Photo Browser shows every single shot, including the Lost & Found ones.

Morning everyone
May not be around as much today, going to try to get back to doing some work. May even find that marking that O'D was talking about.
Well today is my last day of skiving before i start back at uni and working full time on placement so i won't be about as much as i have been. i will try and pop in as much as i can and might even try to fit in some running as well!
off for one last run during daylight hours, before i am resigned to running in the evenings - got to keep at it!

I have to say sorry for this weekend,no ironing will be done this sunday.Im off down to leicester for the half marathon,but if anyone is desperate for their ironing I,ll do it when I got home on sunday night after the run.
Hello to the teachers-I do have some sympathy,my mother was a teacher.We did have loads of holidays and she always said the job was "a piece of cake"!! Awaits backlash!!!!!!!
