The Comrades website has some stuff - a forum that gets usefully active from November-ish and a Comrades training plan.
Norrie Williamson's website has some stuff also - if you go soon his Comrades training plan may still be up and has some interesting ideas for training.
Just been reading that Hal Higdon utlramarathon schedule, and it seems that I have been following the basics of it, if not the mileage, for years. In fact my present training for Worksop Half is identical except the Saturday run.

Google John Kynaston - he's an ulta runner with a very comprehensive blog going back a few years with details of what training he did for specific events. You might find it useful...

I've found at Elite training. It offers training resources and training course material to develop team building skill.
