Should I or shouldn't I?

Ok, the recommended rest after a marathon is 1 day per mile. On Monday, I could hardly get out of my seat without levering myself up, arms on desk. On Tuesday, I couldn't put my left foot on the floor, as my blister was making an attempt at world domination.

However:

I managed to take the stairs rather than the lift this morning, and even managed to run up the last few. The blister has subsided (thanks to large quantities of Germolene and Arnica cream) to resemble a nasty bruise which is not sore.

So:

Do I go for a short run tomorrow? Mr Nessie is working so doesn't need to know (he worries, you know). I'm going stir crazy. I will take it easy, but am I mad?
