It's quite something isn't it? Alex got sent it though work ( he works for Figleaves.com).- But, knowing you lot, he was surprised that it hadn't already been on the forums :-O
Having gone from a G to a D with my weightloss I can honestly say I prefer to be smaller. I did use a shockabsober at my biggest and it did help emensly, but there's not a great deal you can do to stop back pain whilst running when you're well endowed.
I'll be sticking with the shockabsorber anyhow - that ad is an eye opener.
Mine have gone from a D to an A/B with weight loss and running. I wish it would stop going off my boobs now and come off my stomach instead. My body never does what I want it to do. I have one shock absorber and a couple of other type. I will make sure I use the shock absorber on the longer runs even with my small ones from now on.
Stomach always seems to be the last place to shift, I'm pretty sure my chest is still shrinking, hoping I dont lose it all before my wedding day as I've already got the dress

*buys sports bra*
I started running last September and mine have shrunk considerably. Must be natures way of protecting them!!!
I've always used Shock Absorber sports bras anyway, but this has just reinforced (sic) the belief in them!

What I want to know is, does that count towards mileage totals? Should there be separate race starts for the ladies, half a mile up the road?
