Challenge

Ok here is the challenge:

1 Beginner (Can do 5 Miles non stop)
2. 15 stones
3. Sweats like a horse
4. Currently running in shorts that are too tight and T shirts which fully illustrate point 3
5. Need new gear (not shoes, got them last week) but dont have slightest notion. Dryfit?! Layering?! Wicking?!

Can somebody tell me some products please and take all the pain away (keeping one eye on price!!)
