Are there any other 9 - 10 minute milers in Nottingham (North area of the city)in need of regular training partners? Running alone in the winter darkness isn't much fun!!

Not sure if you're in a club or not but if not .... Erewash Valley running club has a large contingent of female runners who run about that pace. Really friendly club (I used to be a member until I moved away), big social scene. They meet at Sandiacre Friesland Sports Centre (2 mins from Junction 25 of the M1) at 7p.m. on Wednesday nights. Hope that's not too far from your part of Nottingham.
Notts AC is very friendly and has runners of all standards. Meets at Harvey Hadden stadium on Wigman Rd. (just up from Beechdale Baths on the ring road) @ 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. They meet other times as well but Tuesday is a good night to come and check it out.
