Looking for a fast 10K

I'm looking to break 60-mins. for 10K this summer so I need a fast course. Does anyone know of a good race in or around London around June/July/August? I don't mind travelling a bit further but I'll be relying on Public transport as I don't have a car which can make it a bit tricky.
My current PB is just under 61 mins. so I don't have to take a huge amount of time off but I did set it at Brighton which is a v. fast course.
