What time did you get in your first ever marathon and how much did you improve between first and second? Last year: 4.12 this year: 3.48 next year? sub 2.15?
I remember it as if it was just a week ago - oh goodness it was! FLM 2006 5hr 26 - ran the first half faster than I've ever done before (by 3 mins) and ran the second half in EXACTLY the same time!
2006 FLM - 4:58:03, really pleased with that, plan was to do under 5. My actual running time was 4:41, without all the wee stops and to talk to my supporters...but I didn't have to stop for a rest. I also finished really strongly which I'm also very pleased about. 2007 - who knows!
Graham & cubby what would be your advice for knocking loads of minutes of your PB? Both your times have dropped dramatically from when you first started!
