I want to buy some new running shoes next month but would like to be prepared.
There isn't a lot of choice in this part of the world (Dubai) when it comes to running shoes, but please can anyone give me an idea of what shoes would be best for me.
I'm flat-footed and like a lot of cusioning due to dodgy knees.
