Well back here at work again after a quiet weekend. Had a bad weekend - the bottles of wine kept rattling in the wine rack and they just had to be drunk and with the wine came the crisps. Only managed a 45 min run yesterday. WW weigh in looms tomorrow and I quess I won't have done very well this week. Oh well it's Monday lets start again.
