Just a quick shout to the organisers of Sunday's 10K. I thought the organisation and the marshalling was fantastic and a real credit to the Dulwich Runners. If any of you are out there, a big thank you from me.
And the course was pretty good too. I managed to knock over a minute off my previous best to come home in 47:34. (I turned 32 two days before, so it was a very nice present indeed!)
