I have only being running for a month, and have been told I have mild PF.
Can I still keep running, or do I have to stop. I am training to complete my first marathon FLM07, I so do not want to stop training. Any advice welcome.
As someone who tried to run through it a week after it started, I'd advise you to rest. That was April 2004 and it's not cleared up properly yet, although I am running again now.
It's probably wise to take a couple of weeks off now, freeze a pop bottle of water and roll it under your foot several times a day, and get some stretching advice from a physio. Or try here
