Hi everyone
I've never ever really been injured before and Im pretty sure ive got a groin strain. It doesnt really hurt when walking but its restrictive, i cannot even break into a jog let alone a run. I have a doctors appointment for next week, but I was wondering if anyone has any sound advice for me.
I must admit this injury has got me down, you just take your fitness for granted i guess.
Hope you guys can help me.

I know it is boring not being able to get out and do your thing, but it will be prudent to be patient this time. Good luck, and let us know what the "quack" says. Bill.
