think i've strained my thigh/groin.
Am going to rest for 2 weeks. Should i rest from stretching?
doing the classical groin stretch makes it ache more!
any view on stretching and when to stop?

If it's acutely injured, don't try to stretch it.

G , i used to get lots of groin strains and ended up with douuble hernia, i wouldnt stretch, get some ice on it for 20 mins at a time, be careful

ta guys..no stretching..lots of ice.
and 2 weeks complete rest!
garh....tho i suppose rupturing it and being out for 2 months is the other option!
