i like the idea of wearing one for sports day - my daughter is coming up to 2 and this will be looming into view in the next few years - is it bad form to take spikes to a parents day "meet"? :-)
I'm going to tie all mine together and use them to make a break for it, and get home to blighty in time for teacakes with Matron! The goons on the tower will never see me.
Nah, I wear most of mine, or I cut the sleeves off and use them to run/ work out in.
I've even got t-shirts at exp[o's for races I didn't even start. Ooops!
They're useful to keep warm before the start of a race, but can be ditched at the last minute. Lots of races will recycle the 'left' tshirts.
It's psychologically nice to the tshirt from the same race a few years before. Either psyches out the opposition, or makes them laugh when you crash and burn!
Maiday - yes actually I like the Bristol Half ones and I train in mine. Are you local? Running in Bristol, I find all the people in Bristol Half t-shirts nod to one another more than not. Jools B (fellow Bristol based runner) and I did a sort of 'consumer test' last year for a laugh to check.
I have been meaning to turn mine into a duvet cover & cushions for ages, but not got round to it. My mara PB T-shirt must however be worn the day before any significant race, even if just for a few minutes. And I quite often do exams in mara T-shirts - reminds me there is more to life.

Ideal for use as picnic blankets, covering bikes in winter, bedquilts etc!
Sorry wrong link. This one's for pictures of the quilts not how to make them!

I'm swimming tonight but look forward to playing 'guess who Jools might be' on the downs in Bristol Half t-shirts between now and September!
I am afraid to say for most of mine they get torn up and used to clean my bike!
