Just wondering what a good score might be on a VO2 Max test. I am by the way 36yrs old.

Not too sure, but I did one at my gym a few years ago and I seem to remember that above 50 was good, possibly even something lower. Guess it depends what you mean by good.

Andy, I'm 35 and according to my HRM V02 calculation my Vo2 is 51 which as I remember puts me in the 'very good' and close to 'excellent' for my age.
