I have just started running again recently and am reading a book called Chi Running by Danny Dreyer.
http://www.chirunning.com/shop/home.phpThe book is fascinating and the technique sounds amazing. but i think the only way to master this technique would be with an instructor.
Does anyone know of an instructor who can teach this in the uk, preferable Yorkshire or can anyone offer any help?

Thanks for the link...reading it now:)
thank you for the link, more intersting reading about chi running.
I have ordered the dvd from america, so hope that will help me along abit for now, or atleast untill we get some more instructors over here.
I had contacted this lady about training - past FLM winner. You can either visit her in Ireland or she would run a day course for groups of 8-10 people.

you say you "had" contacted Catherina, did you have the day course? and if so, how was it?
i read on her website that for groups of 15 max she would do a weekend workshop, which sounds very interesting.
“Would you like me to visit your club
and teach ChiRunning?”
Weekend Workshops for groups or clubs (limit 15 people) spread over two days.
don't know how much that would cost but it sounds more appropriate than the 70 minute class.
I had intended to get a group together for the one day course but life's been hectic lately and I never got round to it. :-/
If you want, feel free to email me and I'll forward you her full reply about coming over here to hold a course.
