I'm so nervous I'm not sure I'll survive watching it tonight. They should be able to do it, but I'm scared to get my hopes up. I just wish it was all over one way or another.
I think England may struggle - too many injuries, and that pitch looks dodgy, despite what MacLaren is saying.
Pah, what an awful day for British football. It annoys me how McClaren still carries his tosser arrogance despite going to finish third in a mediocre group. I hope we rid of him, so at least something good can come out of it. Mourinho for England!!
Scotland still only need to beat Italy don't they? you can get 9/4 on them to qualify now. Now that is probably worth a bet. (although I'd give 125/1 on them winning euro 2008 now). I won't talk about Englands performance but reckon we should just scrape into next summers rejuvenated Home Internationals...
I listened to McClaren's interview and he said that we were dominant and didn't deserve anything but a win. He must've been watching a different game to me then.
We scored a goal that would go in 1 in 10, and had a couple of decent chances. They were lining up shot after shot from the edge of our box unchallenged that luckily we blocked most, otherwise it would've been embarrassing. I've never seen a box crowded like that with people miskicking it trying to clear, not since I played U10's football!
I couldn't even listen to the post match interviews, I was so peed off. I know we had a lot of first picks out, but we had about 3 shots on goal all night.
In saying that, to still be in with a chance of qualifying with one game to go is miles better than anyone expected of us.
That's true Dude - Georgia were very good, and had obviously done their homework. Hppefully everyone will be back from injury before the Italy game, and we can at least put up a good fight.

It was poor
We lost, the Jocks still have a chance, Wales won and the Paddies drew.
Could have been better
We wus sh*te, but that's what happens in games we're expected to win.
Coops - I see what you mean:
McClaren "I've been involved in games like this before and there are no answers as to how it is possible to end up on the losing side."
Dur!

Gawd bless Steve Finan he spared our blushes! ( and he is rather lovely to look at too !)
We had to play badly some time. We just got it wrong tactically and we seemed lacklustre.
That said, Georgia were excellent and we can't forget how much we struggled to get past them at Hampden, so credit where it is due.
We can beat Italy. However, it is much more difficult to beat a team when you HAVE to.
Still....we are in the hunt, and that's what it is all about. Good to be in the mix.
