Hi Folks,
So I often find that I feel kinda windyloated and sorta gurgly in my stomach on running days after running... just wondering if this is common and wether anyone has any solutions?

I have the same problem, I think it's quite common, but I don't have the solution!

Same here. I get bad wind after running. It's much more of a problem for anyone nearby than it is for me, so frankly I don't care!
