He he, thanks for sorting it for me Bear! I look very startled!
Pea I'm quite excited as well! Don't forget, it officially starts tomorrow so enjoy the chocolate whilst you still can! Ohh, I just remembered I've only had a bit of toast today so far, maybe I should have a banana or something......hhhhmmmmm
KK - You will make an excellent thread coach - dig out your whistle!
I think I'm fine resisting stuff if I don't have it available easily - it's the snacking on stuff that I have in a cupboard. F'rinstance, I have cereal for brekkie most days now but I have a habit of eating handfuls of it dry - and can get through quite a bit of it this way
Ooooh, that sounds do-able for H! Which order? Is that one a speed thing? Is this what you're doing Nam? I though all tris were mammoth distances for some reason.....
This morning I was 10st 11lb. 5'4". Size 16-18. My problem is that *all* the fat puddles around my middle & boobs. I have spindly legs/arms, and I suspect my bones are made of polystyrene; I find it very difficult otherwise how to understand people my weight who are a size 12 or so. I was a size 12 about 3 years ago - when I weighed 8.5 stone. I have to get back into serious training to get that low, though - I have managed 9.5 stone through diet modification, but never less. And I prefer to work it off through exercise & eat reasonably normally.

Pea, I sympathise, but I am glad I am not the only one! I despair at some people who moan to me "oh, I'm 11 stone now - I am thinking I might need a size 14". Argh!
Right, the thread has inspired me. I am off next door to the exercise bike. I have a Toffee Crisp to work off. Back later.

Er...
You could committ yourself to doing one next year, that way you might get away with it....
Ask me when I'm drunk and I'll probably sign up for anything!
You can be a pirate in training!! I would consider myself that... What do you think Bear... I think one of her New Years resolutions would be...
"to earn my pirate badge"
I'm focussing on sprint tris with a view of hopefully managing an Oly in the autumn... it's not IM (yet...) but it's all 'Pirate Training'....
Sooo... come one Aitch.... Neath Sprint in May... very Newbie friendly... or shall I ask in a few hours...?
Coops - how did I know you'd be around to comment??!
I own the forums, of course I'd be around to comment.
Off to enjoy my last night of food & booze........
Have a good eve everyone - starvation starts tomorrow
I am on board for this one.
