RG - I am on the pics, but can't see them properly now, bloody work computer. I came in 16th, weraing blue Nike shorts, white Nike T-shirt, and blue'ish gloves as it was freezing lol. Defo saw you, but didn't know whe you were lol.
My hubby had shorts and tee shirt on he said he had to clench his fists when running as his fingers hurt so much with the cold while running. My fingers where ok but ny fet were so cold they hurt when I walked. I ned to dig out my thick socks!
RG - My toes felt fused together with the cold before the race . They warmed up though once I got going. I too always need gloves as I've always got cold hands !
Daz - "Don't do men in tights" - I'd be worried if you did !!!!!
i ran this week too! ankle is still not fully recovered so probably should have taken it easier than what i did oops! omg could i tell i havent run for a week!!
Still haven't had a chance to do this one yet, did Llanelli Half this Sunday just gone so wanted to be rested for it.
I'm off on tour this Monday, and am away most Saturdays for a while but will definately try to make it sometime.
If I wasn't being so lazy I could probably come this Saturday but not sure if my legs will have recovered properly from Llanelli... that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it
I'm gutted not to have made a return to this again yet - was at the first event but since then illness and childcare duties have conspired against me. I'm dying to get back and see what I can do to my time!
I think the idea, the whole ethos of the event, is fab.
Well we seemed to settled out on numbers over the last few weeks, once this London preparation period is over perhaps it will pick up again especially as we hit the summer.
Just to let you know that the Lucozade Van will be with us for the run on Saturday 5th April.

daz - My daughter was laughing at the thought that you were warm enough to wear shorts and tee shirt but needed gloves. Still looking for your pic.

Thanks everyone who turned up today for the second run, numbers slightly up on last week - 60.
Weather was better than I thought it might be, must have helped as there were a few PB's and also the Course Record went.
Look forward to seeing you next week.
