Road shoes ok or XC shoes? I have some Salomons which are lovely in grass & mud but if there's long stretches on road in between I'd be reluctant to wear them.
It talks about 2 "hills" and lots of "undulations" - I dont know how they are defining the line, there though!
I am very worried about this race......I cant do a flat 5 miles.....never mind hilly ones WTF was I thinking of? Do you think they will wait for me to walk/crawl round?
TT they are probably going to be grateful for all the help they can get - seems to be lots of bits changing tracks etc - so I will get lost, I am sure
Nam - they recommend XC or cross trainers because it is "multiterrain". Most of it is in the park, except for 1 mile which includes a linking section of pavement (apparently)

It is a challenge,especially the drag up to the Airport road,passing Egerton Grey Hotel,but boy it is worth it!!!
